YARN CLUB FAQ'S

WHAT IS YARN CLUB?

The Yarn Club is subscription based. After subscribing, each member can choose between monthly payments or one full payment made at the time of registration. In turn, each month, members will receive a club package of yarn to knit/crochet/weave and enjoy. Each member will receive 3 packages in total for the 4 month duration of their subscription term.

WHAT IS THE SUBSCRIPTION REGISTRATION PROCESS?

STEP 1 Select your payment type (payment in full or monthly billing).

STEP 2 Select your location - USA, Canada or International.

STEP 3 Locate the PayPal button corresponding with your location and selected sweater size.

STEP 4 Select the colorways for each month's shipments.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT YARN CLUB?

Yarn club is a collaborative effort where members vote on photographs representing possible colors used as inspiration photos in the creation of new colorways. Members decide each color that is to be shipped for each color category through this process. Members share projects and pictures on a Yarn Club group on Ravelry.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TO CHOOSE?

For example, the Fall 2015 Yarn Club, used fine art as the source of our inspiration. Thus all Fall Yarn Club Colorways were inspired by the artwork of your choosing. There were three different themes namely, Tonal, Semi-Solid, and Painterly. 

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF MY YARN CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?

  • Your subscription to The Magnolia Society will be for a term of 4 months, with 3 shipments of yarn.

  • Each monthly shipment will be sent with tracking information via USPS priority mail.

  • All yarns shipped during the course of your subscription will be non-refundable.

  • Due to the large volume of participants in this club, the colorway selection you choose, once shipped or received, cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of damaged skeins.

  • Each individual membership will be shipped individually. We do not combine shipments for the club.

  • Should you move during your subscription term, your subscription shipments will be halted until you can provide a new and accurate address for the shipment of your Magnolia Society yarns.

  • We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrectly provided addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, we will charge you a second shipping payment before resending.

  • *Updating your address in PayPal does not notify us of the changes made. We use the address provided on your original PayPal receipt. If you need to update the address, please contact club@madelinetosh.com so we can update your info in our system.


SWEATER CLUB FAQ'S

WHAT IS SWEATER CLUB?

Sweater Club is a subscription-based club membership and a great opportunity to space out payments over a larger period of time for sweater quantities of fine yarns. Each club member registers for a subscription to the club and is then automatically debited once a month, for six months, for the purchased yarns via PayPal. (Payment is debited on the same day each month that corresponds to your sign-up date.) Payment varies based upon the quantity of yarn ordered and shipping charges. In turn, each member will receive three club packages of yarn to craft with as they please during the six month duration of their subscription term. As a subscriber to the Sweater Club, you can enjoy sharing pictures of shipments or projects in the Sweater Club group on Ravelry.

Enough yarn in your selected size to complete a full sized sweater.

  • Monthly shipments are mailed with tracking information via USPS Priority mail.

  • Yarns shipped during the course of your subscription will be non-refundable.
