A simple but elegant slip stitch pattern worked from the top down. the slipped stitches work well with hand-dyed yarns by breaking up the surface of the fabric.


One skein of fine weight yarn, approximately 395 yards (Madelinetosh Tosh Sock in chartres pictured)


Sized to fit a women's size medium foot.


One pair of U.S. size 2 (3 mm) double point needles or one 40 inch, U.S. size 2 (3 mm) circular needle for the magic loop method


Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
