Thank you so much for ordering with Madelinetosh! We are currently working hard to be as transparent as possible, and we wanted to implement an easy way to check on the status of any open orders. Below, we have dates listed based on what part of the yarn dyeing and packing process we are currently in. This list will be updated daily to give everybody an estimate as to when you should be receiving your order. The Madelinetosh site will be up and running again as soon as we fulfill the rest of your outstanding orders.
If you would rather cancel your order, we will take care of that immediately and issue full refunds within 24 hours.
CURRENTLY, WE ARE:
Processing orders placed through October 3rd.
Packing orders placed through October 2nd.
Shipping orders placed through October 2nd.
On October 2nd we sold 21,244 skeins! With our current inventory, we will not be able to fulfill all of these orders immediately (more on this to come), but we are starting the process and are working our way through it as fast as we possibly can.
