RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unused yarn in its original condition/packaging may be exchanged for a refund 30 days of the date printed on the invoice enclosed in your package. Sale items and patterns are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued for the full invoice amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your items were damaged or your order was improperly shipped thus prompting the return.

We will gladly exchange unused yarns for alternate color choices but shipping costs will be applied.

We will happily work with you regarding flawed or damaged skeins please contact us first prior to your return at shop@madelinetosh.com to request a return shipping label.

Please, allow up to four weeks for all returns/exchanges to be received and processed.

Packages mailed to Madelinetosh which are ineligible for return will not be refunded.

Products returned for exchange or replacement to Shop Madelinetosh.com must include the following:

• original receipt

• note with the reason for the return

• customer’s email address

• customer’s phone number

• customer’s shipping address
