READY TO SHIP


Ready-to-ship products (Extras, One-Of-a-Kind skeins, Books, Magazines, Mystery Grab Bags, etc.) typically leave our facility within 7–10 business days.

DYE TO ORDER


Dye to order means your yarn is dyed after you place an order. We hand-dye your chosen colorways in Fort Worth, Texas, and keep very little pre-dyed inventory on hand.
Dye-to-order yarn in all bases and special kits will leave our facility within 10–14 business days, unless otherwise noted.


DOMESTIC PACKAGES

All domestic packages ship via USPS First Class Mail by default.
Estimated ship window:

  • 10–14 business days after we receive your order
  • 14–20 business days during large sales due to increased order volume

Customers may select UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day shipping at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

We ship to all international locations.
We currently offer UPS International as our global shipping method.

Estimated ship window:

  • 10–14 business days after we receive your order
  • 14–20 business days during large sales due to increased order volume

Customs & Duties:
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties required by their country. We follow international law when completing customs forms and cannot mark packages as “gifts.”

Important:
While we ship worldwide, Madelinetosh is not responsible for replacing or refunding internationally shipped packages that are lost in transit.
Customers may choose to reorder items at their own expense if a package is lost by an international carrier.

MISSING PACKAGES

Domestic (U.S.) Packages:

If your domestic package is missing, contact support@madelinetosh.com with your order number and tracking details. We will file a missing-parcel claim with USPS. USPS will then contact the last listed post office to attempt to relocate or confirm delivery.

Lost / Stolen / Delivered Packages:
Once a package has left our facility, Madelinetosh is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered. We cannot replace or refund packages in these instances.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Madelinetosh yarn is dyed-to-order, meaning that once an order is placed, the yarn is dyed especially for you. Because of this, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within the first 24 hours of ordering. After that time, the yarn is in production and your order can’t be changed or canceled.

That said, you can return unused yarn in its original condition/packaging for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date printed on your invoice. We don’t supply shipping labels for returns unless the product you received is defective in some way.

REFUNDS
You will receive a refund for the full amount minus any shipping costs incurred. If you received items that were damaged or improperly shipped, we’ll cover shipping charges.

EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange unused, undamaged yarns for alternate color choices but shipping costs will be applied.

We will also happily exchange flawed or damaged skeins. Please contact us at support@madelinetosh.com prior to returning the yarn, and we’ll provide a return shipping label. In this case, shipping’s on us.

Please, allow up to 4 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be received and processed.
