Yarn Libraries

Modeled after the “take a book, share a book” Little Free Libraries that proliferate worldwide, MT Community Love Fund Yarn Libraries are designed to increase access to gorgeous yarn and fiber art supplies. So when you see a yarn library, take a skein, share a skein.

To date, the MT Community Love Fund has built and donated yarn libraries to Jimmy Beans Wool in Reno, Nevada and Juju Knits in Fort Worth, Texas. The third lives at Madelinetosh HQ in Fort Worth and more are in the works.


What to share in a yarn library

Bring intact, labeled skeins, books, and gently used tools, things you’d be happy to own.
